CEO and founder Jasper Admiraal couldn't figure it out. Manufacturing companies make the most advanced products in the world, yet their production processes is a jumble of post it notes and standalone Word documents. So much to improve.
So that's why he created Baseboard.
Who we are
Baseboard was founded by Jasper, a production engineer with a strong background in high-tech mechanical engineering, and Frank, a seasoned software engineer and architect.
From our own practical experience, we saw how difficult it is to properly record process knowledge. That has to change. That's why we started Baseboard. With a strong team, we develop off-the-shelf software for and with SMEs.
Digital, isn't that obvious?
We believe that, in 10 years time, there will be an industry standard for managing assembly processes digitally.
