We are Baseboard

Grip on assembly.
Structured. Scalable. Transparent.
Assembly processes are becoming increasingly complex in the manufacturing industry. Knowledge is often stored in people's heads, transferred via paper or verbally, and processes are difficult to safeguard. Yet this is precisely where the difference between stagnation and progress is made.
Baseboard was created based on one conviction:
assembly deserves a solid digital foundation.
A single central location where knowledge is recorded, made transferable and continuously improved.
We help manufacturing companies to record, manage and improve their assembly processes in a structured way — so that knowledge is not lost, but remains available to everyone in the process.
Our ambitions
We believe that, in 10 years time, there will be an industry standard for managing assembly processes digitally.

We work on this premise every day — together with innovative manufacturing companies and machine builders.

Who we are
Baseboard was founded by Jasper, a production engineer with a strong background in high-tech mechanical engineering, and Frank, a seasoned software engineer and architect.
From our own practical experience, we saw how difficult it is to properly record process knowledge. That has to change. That's why we started Baseboard. With our team, we develop off-the-shelf software for and with SMEs.
What sets us apart
-
Production first: Devleped with and for the factory floor
-
No lengthy implementation projects and consultancy fees, but a fixed price and immediate results
-
Modular, scalable and ready to go
